Interview Questions

What I look for when I interview candidates.

Generally speaking, I look for signs that a candidate can articulate the knowledge of the tools they use and can debate them critically:

• Describe the tools you use, i.e. programming languages, development environments, etc.
• Describe the reasons you chose to use these tools,
• Argue both pros and cons of the technologies you use
